Girl’s Day’s Yura and Song Ji Hyo Go Undercover as Baristas on “Running Man”

On the September 6 broadcast of SBS variety show “Running Man,” Park Seo Joon, Girl’s Day‘s Yura, and Lee Dong Wook appears as guests for the program’s “beautiful youth” race.

During the episode, there is a mission where the cast members must successfully serve, without getting recognized, five teams of customers as a barista.

Song Ji Hyo, wearing a wig and glasses, and Yura, wearing only a hat to modify her appearance, get to the cafe at the same time, but the customers do not recognize either of them.

Despite the fact that the two successfully complete their mission, they can’t help but feel a bit sad and frustrated that no one recognizes them.

Haha Picks Girl’s Day’s Yura as the Idol With the Best Body

On the September 6 broadcast of SBS’ “Running Man,” actors Park Seo Joon,Lee Dong Wook, and Girl’s Day’s Yura appear as guests for the beautiful youth race.

In this episode, as the “Running Man” team is in the midst of changing locations for the campus game race, Haha states “Yura has the best body out of all the idols.”

It is revealed that Yura currently has around $500,000 USD insurance on just her legs. After hearing this, Park Seo Joon remarks, “Wow, how unique.” Yura continues, “My mother has the same legs as I do.” Park Seo Joon once again states, “That’s amazing!” and evokes laughter amongst both the staff and the viewers with his enthusiastic remarks.

Song Ji Hyo Reveals How She Entered the Industry

Actress Song Ji Hyo recently revealed that she was cast to be a part of the industry while working a part-time job at a cafe.

On September 6, on SBS “Running Man,” Kim Jong Gook exclaimed that “there are a lot of people that became celebrities while working at cafes in Gangnam.”

Immediately after hearing this statement, Song Ji Hyo raised her hand and explained that “I was also cast while working at a cafe.” The actress further added “I was working at a small cafe across the street from the mall. They asked me to work for just a week until they could fully hire someone, but while I was working, I was cast.”

Kwon Sang Woo and Sung Dong Il to Guest on “Running Man”

The leading stars of the upcoming film “Detective: The Beginning” will be making a guest appearance on a future broadcast of the SBS variety show “Running Man”!

On August 31, an official of SBS revealed, “Sung Dong Il and Kwon Sang Woo will be appearing as guests on ‘Running Man.’ They are currently in the middle of filming [with the cast] in Daejeon.”

Fans are already expressing anticipation for this upcoming episode featuring these two actors—expected to air September 13—especially due to the fact that it will be their first-ever time guesting on the show.

Meanwhile, “Detective: The Beginning” is set to hit theaters this coming September 24.

Loser of “Running Man” Race Pays for 150 Staff Meals

On the August 30 broadcast of SBS‘s “Running Man,” a race begins with the cost of a meal for 150 staff members on the line.

The team consisting of Kim Jong Kook, Lee Kwang Soo, and Kim Soo Ro, which was pegged at the beginning of the race to be the best team, reach the final destination only to see that they are the last to arrive. The restaurant is already empty, all the staff having left after eating.

The one person who is to pay for the meal is chosen by roulette, and it’s Kim Jong Kook with the unfortunate fate.

While he completes the payment with his own card, he jokes to the cashier, “Don’t they normally knock off the dollar?”

Song Ji Hyo Ferociously Hugs Gary, Monday Couple Gets Into a Cute Physical Tussle

The Monday couple was the subject of envy as they openly hugged each other.

On  the episode of SBS’s “Running Man” that aired on August 30, Kim Su Ro, Kim Min Gyo, Park Gun Hyung, Kang Sung Jin, and Nam Bo Ra appear as guests for a real taxi race.

During the race to determine team mates, Song Ji Hyo and Nam Bo Ra are up for a cat fight. When Song Ji Hyo tells Gary, “Come over to me,” Nam Bo Ra, too, says, “Please come to me.” Gary is left in a happy internal conflict regarding the love triangle. One moment he is holding Song Ji Hyo’s hand in joy, then another moment he is acting as if he is going to ride Nam Bo Ra’s taxi.

However, when the moment of truth comes during the main mission, in which the teams are not allowed to use their hands and are instead wearing velcro clothing that they can use to carry the ball, Song Ji Hyo pretty much throws herself at Gary to “steal the ball.” Gary claims the ball by sticking it onto the front of his velcro vest, and Song Ji Hyo immediately starts hugging Gary, who, with a big smile on his face, hugs her back. The rest of the crew scold the two, saying, “What are you guys doing?”
